Okay! So this is a rough overview of the KOU Meeting Notes for yesterday.

Special thanks to Sailor Astro for the use of her house for the meeting again!
First topic: We have as a group elected three Leadership positions. Canara Stormtail, Sailor Astro and Dante Haiwindo are now leaders of the KOU LS and will be so until we come up with a rotating leadership structure. This was approved by the group unanimously. We will be announcing their offical duties within the Order soon.
Next item, FC member limits. We are aware that some FC's (Lux Aeterna included) had one or two too many people in the linkshell. We have all decided as a group that to keep the interests of any one FC from taking over, the limit for each FC is one leader and two officers. For Lux Aeterna, that is Myself, Hero Ignis, and Vaeldus Lunarys. We will have an updated list of all FC's and their members involved with KOU soon. This means we will lose a few members in the next week or so, but it's nothing to worry about! those FC's are still being represented in our community.
KOU podcast: We have several volunteers for this, and the list of notes for this are rather extensive. For now, i will post the list of members looking to get involved. If i miss anyone, please let me know! Next item was our future event ideas. They are as follows: April Showers Event, around march 23-30th, a one day event. the date has not been locked down yet. this would be a glamour event. we will need someone to host this event, as well as coordinate a giveaway/contest for best glamour. I'm not sure we decided on a main theme, so we will need to do that. I know we tossed around the idea of these glamour events being centralized around puns, so i'd like to see some ideas below!
The next event would be a May Flowers Glamour Event, held on the decks of the big ship in Limsa. Either a floral or pirate theme would be good. post your ideas as well as your puns below!
Another idea we had was a carry night. all the FC's get their new kids in line, and we all help them run the sucky dungeons that no one wants to do. perhaps this is a rotating once weekly thing, during the day.
Another one night every two weeks idea was the drunken raid night! There will need to be a large handful of set rules for this as well as a set night/time that works for the majority of the interested people. Any ideas about this should be posted below!
Another idea we had was running raids in twitch, trying to raise money for a couple different charities. The two main charities mentioned were Extra Life and March of Dimes. We will need a volunteer/ volunteers to get involved with this, perhaps a once a month event. I'd like to see some people jump on this!
We didn't talk much about this one at the last meeting, but i know it was tossed around at the first– A server wide hide and seek/zombie tag type event.

Next meeting will be held in two weeks, on 2/18/16. It will be held at 6pm PST, one hour later than usual so that our working people can get home in time for the meeting.
