KOU is the brainchild of Vaeldus Lunarys from the Ultros server. In October of 2015 many servers experienced a mass exodus to some of the higher popularity servers. It was in this time that KOU was founded. Several community leaders banded together to say this was something that was worth investing in and this is how we operate today.
